We hope that all of our customers had a safe, enjoyable Independence Day Holiday with family and friends. We have had a brief break from the unseasonably high temperatures that we have had in the past weeks, however we have still not had any measurable rainfall amounts. This means that we must all continue to be conscientious about watering our lawns and landscape. We still suggest 2-3 longer, deeper watering sessions each week, rather than shorter watering sessions each day. Remember also that your shrubs and bedded areas require watering sessions as well, to keep them healthy and looking their best. JUNE LAWN OF THE MONTH WINNER!
We are very excited to announce that the Cartwright family of Richmond are the winners of the June 2010 Lawn of the Month award. The Cartwrights have been part of the Virginia Green family since 2005 on our Premium Lawn Care program, and they recently upgraded to our Estate Lawn Care program to combat lawn diseases. They will receive a $50.00 credit toward a future service with Virginia Green, and Matt V. their technician will receive a gift card for his work at this property.
We always enjoy receiving nominations from our customers for our Lawn of the Month program. If you would like to nominate your property, send us an email to property@virginiagreenlawncare.com. Please attach to this email a current, high resolution digital photo of your lawn in Jpeg format. In the body of the email please include your name and address for reference.
