Winter Lawn Care Information

2009 Winter Lawn Care Information:

» Seasonal InformationNow that winter is here remember to keep debris such as leaves, pine needles, pine cones, gum balls, acorns, and sticks off your lawn. Replace mulch in ornamental beds that was removed with leaf removal. Moles are very active this time of year. Worm shaped baits with the active ingredient Bromethalin work best. Be sure to follow the labeled instructions. If you use an ice melting product, be sure to use care around lawn edges and plant material. Pre-payment letters will be mailed out in mid December. This is a great opportunity to save money and check one more thing off your list for 2010.
